Returns & Refunds

At Izi & Al Baby, we take great care to carefully pack and check each order before dispatch.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including where an item is no longer required or was purchased in error.


Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at iziandalbaby@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess the matter and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where required 


Return conditions (where applicable)

To be eligible for a return due to a fault or incorrect item, the item must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • with original packaging where reasonably possible

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Sale items & gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by consumer law.


Delivery

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified. Please ensure a secure delivery address is provided. Once a parcel has been delivered to the address supplied, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient, except where required by law.
