 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery estimates are:

  • North Island, New Zealand: 1-3 working days
  • South Island, New Zealand: 2-5 working days
  • Australia: 7-16 working days

Please note that couriers may experience delays, which could result in your parcel arriving later than expected. This is beyond our control.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All products are individually packed and carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please reach out to us via our contact page. We can provide a refund or exchange in these cases.

Please note: Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind.

Faulty items must be returned to Izi & Al within 14 days. Please ensure that you:

  • Have proof of purchase
  • Purchased the item within the last 14 days
  • Return the product in its original condition, including packaging and labels
  • Have not used the product

Once your package has been dispatched, Izi & Al is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. Claims should be made directly with the courier company.
