- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivery 3-5 working days
Australia (Including Rural)
- Australia Wide Tracked Shipping $9.95
- FREE SHIPPING on all AU orders over $60
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivery 5–8 working days
UK
- UK Wide £9.99
- FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders over £35
- Baby clothing is zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so no VAT is charged on eligible items. Orders over £135 may be subject to import duties and handling fees on arrival.
- 10–16 working days
USA
- USA Wide $9.99
- FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders over USD$60
- Any applicable tariffs and import charges are included in your purchase price — no additional fees on delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivery 7–15 working days

ARE YOUR UPF 50+ BAMBOO PRODUCTS INDEPENDENTLY TESTED?
Yes! Our UPF 50+ bamboo fabric has been independently tested by the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA), achieving an Excellent UPF 50+ rating.
WHAT IS YOUR PRE-ORDER POLICY
Some of our products may be available for pre-order. This means the product is not currently in stock but is available for purchase in advance.
Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page, along with an estimated dispatch date. Please note that this date is an estimate and may change due to unexpected manufacturing or shipping delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you'd prefer your in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please get in touch with us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
