Returns Policy
At Izi & Al Baby, we carefully pack and check all products before shipping. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us via our contact page for a refund or exchange.
Important:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Faulty products must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- The product must be within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must be in original condition with packaging and labels.
- The product must not have been used.
Inspect your parcel for damage before signing for it, as claims cannot be made after signing. All parcels are sent with "Authority to Leave"; we are not responsible for missing or stolen items once delivered.
Products Out of Stock and Backorders
We strive to maintain accurate stock levels but may occasionally run out of items. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the lead time for new stock, or you can choose to modify your order for immediate dispatch. If neither option is viable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
Indemnification
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to protect and defend Izi & Al Baby and its affiliates from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or any related laws. You will be responsible for any reasonable attorney fees incurred due to such claims.
