Returns Policy

At Izi & Al Baby, we take great care in packing each product individually and thoroughly checking them before they are shipped. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please reach out to us through our contact page. We offer the option for either a refund or an exchange in these cases.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To ensure a smooth return process, please confirm the following:

  • You have proof of purchase.
  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original condition, including packaging and labels.
  • The product has not been used.

Please inspect your parcel for any damage before signing for it, as claims for damage cannot be made after signing.

Please note: All parcels are delivered with "Authority to Leave." We cannot be held liable for any missing or stolen parcels; the risk is assumed by the receiver.
