  • FREE SHIPPING on all NZ orders over $60
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, delivery 3-5 working days

Australia (Including Rural)

  • Australia Wide Tracked Shipping $9.95
  • FREE SHIPPING on all AU orders over $60
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, delivery 5–8 working days

UK

  • UK Wide £9.99
  • FREE SHIPPING on all UK Orders over £35
  • Baby clothing is zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so no VAT is charged on eligible items.  Orders over £135 may be subject to import duties and handling fees on arrival.
  • 10-16 working days

USA

  • USA Wide $9.99
  • FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders over USD$60
  • Any applicable tariffs and import charges are included in your purchase price — no additional fees on delivery
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, delivery 7-15 working cays

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

Returns Policy:

At Izi & Al Baby, we take great care in packing each product individually and thoroughly checking them before they are shipped. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please reach out to us through our contact page. We offer the option for either a refund or an exchange in these cases.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

To ensure a smooth return process, please confirm the following:

  • You have proof of purchase.
  • The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original condition, including packaging and labels.
  • The product has not been used.

Please inspect your parcel for any damage before signing for it, as claims for damage cannot be made after signing.

Please note: All parcels are delivered with "Authority to Leave." We cannot be held liable for any missing or stolen parcels; the risk is assumed by the receiver.
